Cookies (art. 6, para. 1, point f of the EU-GDPR or art. 6, para. 1, point a of the EU-GDPR with consent)
Our websites use what are known as cookies in multiple places. These serve to make our internet services more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files, which are stored on your computer and saved by your browser (locally on your hard drive).
These cookies allow us to analyse how users use our websites. This means that we can design the content of the websites to suit visitors’ needs. Cookies also enable us to measure the efficacy of a certain advertisement and to reposition it depending on the thematic interests of the users, for example. Most of the cookies that we use are “session cookies”. These are automatically erased after your visit. Permanent cookies are automatically erased from your computer when their period of validity (six months as a general rule) has been reached or if you delete them yourself before the period of validity has elapsed.
Most web browsers accept cookies automatically. You can however generally also change your browser’s settings if you would rather not share this information. You can then continue to use our website services without any restrictions.
We use cookies to make our internet services more user-friendly, effective and secure. In addition, we use cookies that allow us to analyse how users use our websites. This means that we can design the content to suit visitors’ needs. Cookies also enable us to measure the efficacy of a certain advertisement and to reposition it depending on the thematic interests of the users, for example.
Cookies are saved on the user’s computer and transmitted from there to our website. Therefore you, as a user, also have full control over the use of cookies. By changing the settings of your internet browser, you can deactivate or restrict the transmission of cookies. Furthermore, cookies already in place can be erased at any time through the internet browser or other software programs. This is possible with all standard internet browsers.
Please note: If you deactivate the storing of cookies, some functions of our website may not be able to be used to their full extent in some circumstances.

If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, Google will truncate your IP address within member states of the European Union as well as in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to and truncated on Google servers in the USA. On behalf of the website provider, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website provider.
Google will not associate the IP address transmitted from your browser to Google Analytics with any other data held by Google. You can prevent cookies from being saved by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

Google may in some cases transmit this information to third parties, insofar as this is legally required or third parties process these data on behalf of Google. Third-party providers, including Google, display advertisements on websites online and use saved cookies to display adverts based on a user’s previous visits to the website. Google will not link your IP address to other data from Google under any circumstances. You can object to the data collection and storage at any time with effect for the future. You can also deactivate the use of cookies by Google. For more information on this, visit the webpage on deactivating Google adverts (https://www.google.com/settings/ads). Alternatively, users can deactivate the use of cookies by third-party providers by visiting the “Opt out” page of the Network Advertising Initiative [bitte Seite verlinken und diese Klammer entfernen].
